The Big Picture

Wheat is almost everywhere. Buns, biscuits, tortillas, breading and batter all contain wheat. The Natural-Cut Fries are the main exception in the guide.

Every charbroiled burger lists sesame. That comes with the seeded bun and some sauces. The value doubles use a plain bun, but the guide still lists sesame for them.

Milk is in most items. Cheese, sauces, breading and batter all bring it. Onion rings, fried zucchini and the POPPERS list milk too.

No item lists fish, shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts in the June 2025 guide. The shake note is the one nut warning.

Allergen Codes by Item

Combos take on the allergens of their main item, their side and their drink. New items that are not in the June 2025 guide are not listed here.

Tips for Ordering With an Allergy

  • Tell the crew at the start of your order, not after.
  • Ask to leave off a sauce or cheese if it carries the allergen, and confirm the change shows on your receipt.
  • Remember that a combo adds a side and a drink. Check those too.
  • Ordering in the app? Add a note, but still mention it at pickup.
